The Clerk's Office is accepting Applications via online only. Please note that the information provided is confidential and will not be shared without written permission.

Please make sure you have all the following attachments ready to be submit with your application. If You do not have the Documents please select the following link to print the required documents:
1. A copy of your NYS driver’s license with Endorsements.
2. Fingerprints. Need to be submit every 2 years.
